Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A restocking charge of 25% will be assessed for all returns accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, you have 30 days from the delivery date to report the issue and request a replacement or refund.

How to File a Claim

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund)

Eligibility Requirements

A damaged‑item claim may be approved when:

  • The damage occurred during shipping or arrived in defective condition

  • The claim is submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Required photos and information are provided

Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

What Happens Next

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

We’ll notify you as soon as your claim has been processed.

Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

  • Items reported after the 30‑day claim window

  • Clearance or final‑sale items (unless they arrive damaged)
